1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BounceRaptor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BounceRaptor email verification and list cleaning service ("Service") operated by Iteksas UAB ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

BounceRaptor provides email verification and list cleaning services designed to:

• Validate email addresses before sending campaigns
• Identify and remove invalid, risky, or fake email addresses
• Detect spam traps, temporary emails, and typo domains
• Provide real-time verification and analytics
• Organize contacts through project management features

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

BounceRaptor offers the following subscription plans:

All paid plans automatically reset verification quotas at the start of each billing cycle. Users may upgrade or downgrade plans at any time.

5. FAIR USE POLICY

Our Service is designed for legitimate business email verification. Users must:

• Use the Service only for email addresses you have permission to verify
• Not use the Service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activities
• Not attempt to overload or abuse our systems
• Not resell or redistribute verification results without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable use limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of abuse or excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Maintaining backups of your data

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harvest or collect email addresses without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Iteksas UAB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with data protection regulations including GDPR. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. PAYMENT TERMS

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

12. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITEKSAS UAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iteksas UAB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iteksas UAB regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
